About the role
Join Michigan Repair & Maintenance as a Field Technician. You will complete punch lists, facility repairs, and handyman work across commercial retail, multi-tenant, industrial, and residential properties.
- Execute work orders with quality and clean job sites
- Communicate status with dispatch and clients
- Document work with notes/photos when required
- Represent MRM professionally on every site
Requirements
- 2+ years multi-trade or handyman experience preferred
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Willingness to work occasional after-hours retail windows
